We use gentle, hypoallergenic exfoliants and customize pressure and products. Please inform your therapist of sensitivities or recent treatments; a patch test can be done to ensure safety before proceeding.

Most clients benefit from a Full Body Scrub every three to four weeks to maintain softness and glow. Frequency varies with skin type, sensitivity, and lifestyle; your therapist will recommend a personalized schedule after consultation.

Avoid heavy lotions, recent sunburn, or topical retinoids 48–72 hours before your appointment to prevent irritation. Arrive clean; if you have upcoming waxing, tell us beforehand. Please disclose medications, treatments, or allergies so we can tailor the scrub safely.

Mild redness or temporary sensitivity can occur but usually subsides within a few hours to a day. We use calming post-scrub moisturizers and provide aftercare tips; contact us if irritation persists.

Avoid waxing 24–48 hours before or after a full scrub to reduce irritation. If you plan combined services, schedule waxing first and the scrub after the appropriate healing window. We can advise timing when you book.

Results vary; smoother, brighter skin typically lasts one to three weeks depending on exfoliation routine and skincare. Regular maintenance and proper moisturization will extend the benefits for longer-lasting softness. Ask your therapist for a homecare plan.
